An inveterate Tea Drinker, Cecelia happily resides in Portland. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, she moved to California in 1995 after attending Emily Carr University of Art and Design to chase a dream of tattooing and making art for a living. This is a dream she hopes to pursue well into infirmity.
